2020 Sydney MardiGras Out Loud Art Prize T & C.

  • Original attachment filenames are discarded, as all filenames are programatically renamed on upload.
  • Submission attachments must be under 4mb and a maximum of 4800px on the longest side
  • Submission attachments are permanently resized into 3 separate sizes (regardless of the original size): 100px, 1080px, maximum saved dimension setting (1920px by default)

TAP Gallery operates principally as an art gallery which also stages drawing and painting classes. The art gallery is open daily 12pm to 6pm and is free to the public.

TAP Gallery would like to pay our respects to the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation on which our gallery stands.
Art submitted remains the property of the artist. By submitting the artists agrees to allow TapGallery to show the artwork online, printed version at the Sydney Gallery, and in related promotions and marketing materials and in social media.
The artist also affirms ownership of the art and that theyhavee full rights to said work.

Any copyright disputed artworks will be removed from TapGallery pages and sites. TapGallery assumes no liability for copyright disputes and claims regarding such breaches will be passed directly to the artists involved.

Admin fee of $25 AUD per submission does not ensure the artwork will be exhibited by TapGallery. The 30 artworks chosen to be shown and promoted by TapGallery will be curated by the Gallery Director and/or selected Judges. Their decision is final. Admin fees are nonrefundable, but artists may request to resubmit art FOC if an upload is corrupted or fails after the fee payment is made.
